This notice was posted around Central Saint Martin's during the second week in November, 1997, inviting 1st Year Fine Art Students (and some of my friends) to a performance/lecture on the social structures surrounding the taking of a group photograph. The project at this point had no mooring but we did construct the beginning of a journey. Where we would go next would only be revealed in subsequent years.
