Double Exposure

Helsinki - Senate Square

Using mobile phones to link between sites, two groups were photographed, simultaneously, in London and Helsinki. Participants stood on the steps in front of the National Gallery, London, and the Lutheran Cathedral, Helsinki. Facing south and following directions on prompt cards, they attempted synchronised global communication. They were assisted by two puppets, and one English Sheep Dog, Two birthdays occurred, one in each location.
